Meisterkurse bei Vitali Margulis, Jaques Rouvier, Éric Haedsieck, Jan Wijn und Galina Egiazarova sowie Kammermusikunterrichtbei Rainer Kussmaul, JörgWidmann, Jean-Jacques Kantorow, Donald Weilerstein und Juanjo Mena waren ebenfalls sehr prägend. Alfonso Gómez konzertierte und konzertiert regelmäßig in Spanien, Frankreich, Holland, Belgien, Österreich, Deutschland, der Schweiz, Italien, der Ukraine, USA, Kanada, Mexiko, Taiwan und Südkorea. Als Solist trat er mit Orchestern wie dem Brandenburgischen Staatsorchester Frankfurt, Euro-Asian Philharmonic, Baskischen National Orchester, Homburger Sinfonieorchester, Bilbao Sinfonieorchester, Orquesta Sinfónica Europea, Rotterdam Young Philharmonic, Orkest van Utrecht, Aita Donosti Kammerorchester, Gyeonggi Philharmonic und Incheon Philharmonic unter der Leitung von Hans Graf, Roy Goodman, Juanjo Mena, Jurjen Hempel, Nanse Gum, John Kaell und Ernest Martínez-Izquierdo auf. Bei elf nationalen und internationalen Wettbewerben wurde er mit Preisen ausgezeichnet. Erste Preise gewann er beim ?Jean Françaix Wettbewerb? in Paris, dem ?Alter Musici Wettbewerb? in Cartagena, Spanien, dem ?Erasmus Kamermuziek Prijs Wettbewerb? in Rotterdam und dem ?Gerardo Diego Wettbewerb? in Soria, Spanien.Sein umfangreiches Repertoire reicht von Johann Sebastian Bach bis hin zur zeitgenössischen Musik. Zahlreiche Klavierwerke sind ihm gewidmet und von ihm uraufgeführt worden. Zehn CDs hat er bis dato bei den Plattenfirmen Erol, Ad Libitum, Sinkro Records, Coviello Classic, Orpheus und KAIROS eingespielt. Einspielungen und Aufführungen von ihm wurden in Europa und Asien durch Radio und Fernsehen gesendet und seine CD Ramón Lazkano, piano works (KAIROS) wurde mit dem Grand Prix du Disque Musique Contemporaine de l´académie Charles Cros 2019 ausgezeichnet. C'est pourquoi j'ai pris l'option, dans le souci de garder le contact avec toi, ce qui m'est d'une grande importance même si tu sembles ne pas t'en rendre compte, de te parler en quelques épisodes d'une histoire de chez moi ! Une histoire vécue par des milliers, voire des millions de gens, mais qui curieusement ne se trouve dans aucun livre d'histoire ! C'est à croire que tous les historiens du monde s'étaient concertés et avaient convenu de ne jamais en parler dans quelque livre que ce soit, ni ici ni ailleurs !...
